Yes. Hapi is offline-first: every sale, payment and receipt is written to your device immediately. When a connection returns, changes merge to the cloud automatically — typically in about a second for a full market day.
Can I move my notebook or spreadsheet into Hapi?
Import a CSV of customers, products and opening balances, or send us a photo of your ledger pages on the Cooperative plan and we’ll do the migration with you.
Who can see my numbers?
Only you and the team members you invite. Data is encrypted with AES-256 on device and in transit, backed up daily, and exportable in one click. We never sell or analyse your business data.
What if I sell more than honey?
