This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected, used, and protected when you use this web application. This app is a free, personal project built by Yassir Khadiri for honey business management purposes.

1. Who we are

This application is a personal/portfolio project created and operated by Yassir Khadiri, based in Morocco. It is not a registered commercial business. Contact: if you have any questions about this policy, you can reach out via the support channel provided inside the app.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you directly enter into the app:

• Account information: your email address and name when you register
• Business data: customer names, phone numbers, sale amounts, and debt records that you create
• Language preference: stored locally on your device

We do not collect your location, payment card details, or any data you did not explicitly enter.

3. How we collect it

Data is collected in two ways:

• Firebase Authentication (Google) — handles your login credentials securely. We never see your password.
• Firebase Firestore — stores the business data you enter (customers, sales, debts).

If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email with Firebase. Google's own privacy policy governs that part of the process.

4. Why we collect it

Your data is used solely to make the app work for you:

• To identify your account and keep your data separate from other users
• To save and display the sales, customer, and debt records you create
• To remember your language preference

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose.

5. Who can see your data

Your data is strictly isolated. Firestore security rules ensure that:

• Only you can read or write your own data
• No other user of the app can access your records
• The developer (Yassir Khadiri) can access the Firebase console for maintenance purposes only

We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party.

6. Third-party services

This app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication + Firestore) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Sign-In — policies.google.com/privacy

We recommend reviewing those policies to understand how Google handles data.

7. Data retention

Your data remains in Firestore for as long as your account exists. If you request account deletion, all your data will be permanently erased from the database within 30 days.

8. Your rights (GDPR & Moroccan Law 09-08)

You have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate data
• Erasure: ask us to delete your account and all associated data
• Portability: request your data in a readable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the app's support channel. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data:

• Firebase security rules block all unauthorised access at the database level
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
• Firebase handles encryption at rest

No system is 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

10. Children

This app is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes significantly, we will update the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
